BHM file format and GLUX projects updated

I have made some small changes to the code of the GLUX and BHM projects. I have also put together a release package which can be downloaded as a zip file. It includes the source code, documentation, makefile (for building on linux, BSD and similar OSes), Visual Studio 2010 solution, and pre-built libraries and binaries for Windows, both 32-bit and 64-bit, and both debug and release.
